The Business Manager, P.K.(Phil) Noake commenced the company operation in 2007 after a long and varied career in the Australian Maritime Industry with over 23 years at Chief Engineer level. During this time, Phil focussed mainly on Self Unloading Vessels after being appointed Commissioning Chief Engineer of the Hyundai built 3000 mtph M.V. Iron Chieftain utilising the “Stephens-Adamson” system. After a number of years spent refining and developing the vessel, Phil moved to the Refined Sugar BIBO vessel M.V.Pioneer again spending a number of years developing this unique vessels cargo system which is only one of three such vessels capable of operation in the Refined Sugar trade.
The group diversification is such that some are presently sailing in Chief Engineer and Master positions whilst others are in management positions ashore, all available at various times for any project. The group associates are all qualified to Class One STCW95 level with current certification.
The group has vast experience in all facets of vessel operation and maintenance including Project Management, Dry Docking Specification Planning, Ship Inspections, Engine Diagnostics and Machinery Evaluation. Our services also cover Planned Maintenance System development and implementation.
